One of the special features of Donbas region, which is reach in underground waters, is their good ecology, versus the high level of open waters (rivers, lakes and water storages) pollution. Also, the major part of the underground deposits of water, especially in right bank area of the main artery of the region, Seversky Donets River, has the high level of hardness. In some places it reaches 15-30 units and more versus the standard indexes 2.5-4 units.
The process flow in LLC «Millenium» has been selected in such a way, that the water, beside of elimination of excessive hardness would pass all the preliminary steps (softening, filtering, clearance, ion balance) without reducing of its natural properties. It has been achieved also due to the reverse osmosis systems, where water is squeezed through the membranes under the pressure of 15 atmospheres and purified in that way at molecular level. The figures of hardness (1.5-1.7 units) and solid residue (250-400 units) fully conform with the WHO standards. As a result, drinking water "Goluboy Klutch" contains all the range of minerals and oligoelements, which are of vital importance for the human body. This water is fully covering the needs of people of all ages.
The main product of the LLC «Millenium» — water "Goluboy Klutch" — is certified. Since 2007 there has been introduced the system of quality control ДСТУ-ISO 9001:2001 (The Certificate No UA2.043.02236), which is the unique breakthrough for the industrial enterprises of this branch in our region. The quality control is performed by the company facilities and sanitary-epidemiological laboratory together with the laboratories of regional center of standardization, metrology and certification.
The processing lines have being constantly updated. In perspective we plan their complete automation. All the preliminary steps will be brought at the monitoring display, and all the processes will be synchronized.
The nominal rating volume of the production machinery for the water treatment comes up to 100 thousands of tones of treated water annually and this level can be much higher due to the industrial potential.
